Ingredients
For the beets
- 6 medium beets
For the glaze
- 4 cups organic Balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup organic brown sugar
- 2 TBSP organic maple syrup
Instructions
- Slice beets into 1/4 inch slices.
- Divide beets evenly among 6 appetizer plates.
- Sprinkle goat cheese on top of beets.
- Top each plate with 4 pistachios.
